I AM Vernice EVENTS - Art of I AM

I AM...

Two powerful words for what you put after them shapes your reality. Awaken & ignite your authentic voice while discovering your sense of creative audacity, childlike faith and wonder using paint, brushes and canvas. When you bring something into existence with no concern for the outcome you feed that place inside that is hungry to create for the sheer joy of expression without having to achieve or accomplish for validation or approval from another. Explore new possibilities, identify repressed aspects of our truest selves and experience what it feels likes to be free in order to flow. All acts performed in the world begin in the imagination. What would you create if you were completely free?

Using a variety of art methods including drawing, painting and collage to help others express themselves creatively. You may wonder how this differs from the average art class. We focus on the soul’s experiences of feelings, perceptions, and imagination. While art lessons may involve learning skills or art techniques, our emphasis is on inspiring freedom to express images that come from inside the person, rather than those he or she sees in the outside world, Some traditional art classes may ask you to paint or draw from your imagination, our primary goal is to experience one’s inner world of images, feelings, thoughts, and ideas through art.

"Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life."
- Pablo Picasso

We journey through many changes and transformations in life. it’s important to reflect on our experiences and how they affect our souls. Healthy self-worth, self-esteem and self-image all play a vital role in our mental, emotional and physical health and well-being. Session begins with 30 minutes of pray and mediation to provide space to journey through barriers of old patterns and negative beliefs that keep us from tapping into the internal well of creativity, power and life force energy that is within. Nourish the soul by immersing in three hours of exploration, expression, play and deep surrender. Together we will defy the lies by renewing the mind with proven principles that writhes with contraction to sabotage our souls and experience of the present moment.

To ignite and inspire art that brings life to your soul.

True Colors  What do you love? What do you hate? Identify your authentic designer colors to embrace and celebrate your originality. Your personality, passions and pain are all purposed to portrait a unique plan in life. “The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.” Mark Twain

Surrender to the Selfie  “Many people have a wrong idea of what constitutes true happiness. It is not attained through self-gratification but through fidelity to a worthy purpose.” Helen Keller. Together we will explore and identify repressed emotions that have nourished selfishness, fears, perfectionism, defensiveness, addictions, pride, jealousy, rejection, emotional imbalance and lack of discipline that produce character flaws.

Servant hood vs. Stardom (For Teams & Leaders)
“Are we becoming more loving people or is our focus on our gifts, talents and dreams. Servant hood is a countercultural notion. It goes against human nature. True humility is not thinking so poorly of yourself that you lack confidence, boldness or assertiveness nor does it mean to allow yourself to be humiliated.” Rory Noland. Question for God every morning: “What is the main event today? What do you want me to focus on today?” John C. Maxwell. Through this session we will create, paint and serve one another through art.
